Meet Harold Gifford, one of the pilots of that day's treacherous flight.  Harold will be at the library to share his story and his recently published book.  Harold would especially like to meet those people who left their porch lights on that night so he was able to navigate a safe landing.  Books will be available for purchase and signing.
