Preliminary Cost Projections	The first page lists basic requirements for the building project. The second page lists the additional property development and optional things to consider for the project. This estimate does not include the cost of purchasing properties.
Program Comparison	This information shows what areas will be included in the new library which are not a part of the current library adding to the total square footage total.
Peer Group Study	These libraries are considered "peers" of the Carroll Public Library. They are similar in population served and classified size F libraries by the State Library of Iowa. This is an all inclusive list.
